The Young Scientist kicks off this week in the RDS with over 550 projects to be showcased. The RDS will become a hive for all things science. It’s a great show to get an insight into pioneering ideas and projects the students have come up with. The exhibition is open to the public from 1.30 pm on Thursday 10th of January.

Fab Studio ( formally Fab Lab Dublin) have just opened their new studio on Dawson Street, Dublin 2. They will be offering 3D printing, laser cutting and CNC milling to everyone through a mail-order service. We love to see makers get more access to these kinds of great tools.
